AGRICULTURE INTERNSHIP AT SYNAGRI
ACCOMPLISHMENT AND
SELF-SURPASSING GUARENTEED

An intern at Synagri wears many hats and plays various important roles. Indeed, like Lauriane says, it is frequent to call clients or to go in the field to support the producers in their project or the achievement on their objectives. Among other things, it is the competency and the confidence that Lauriane gained in giving advice to clients in order to optimize their performance that make her proud. Of course, Lauriane could always rely on a team of experts at Synagri, but it is the feeling that she could make a difference and be an asset herself that particularly motivates and values her.

Being a slightly reserved person, Lauriane mentions that her experience on the field really helped her go upfront. Indeed, her desire to help the producers and share her theoretical knowledge pushed her and made her realize that she was finally comfortable when communicating. With the support of Synagri, she also learned to believe in herself and to keep moving forward.

Lauriane says with a smile that she wears steel-toed boots since she is young. This shows that she is ready to get outside and work hard. Everything that is related to agriculture, nature or the living world fascinates her. Thus, becoming an agronomist at Synagri seems the ideal plan when she finishes her degree at Laval University.
A big thank you Lauriane for having shared your internship experience! We are certain that your internship supervisor Vanessa Duval-Tougas as well as our agricultural producers have enjoyed your work and presence!
