Objective

• Recruit new talent likely to occupy seasonal and/or permanent positions within the company.

Application

The program applies to all active customers at the time of payment.

The department responsible for the implementation and application of the program is that of human resources at the head office located at 5175 boul. Laurier Est, Saint-Hyacinthe (Quebec) J2R 2B4, address email ressources.humanes@synagri.ca or the designated person in his absence and, in the absence of a response, an immediate superior or a manager of Synagri.

Definition

• The “credit” in exchange for products following a referral is a fixed amount of one thousand ($1,000) which is intended to reward ambassador behavior. An amount of $1,000 will be credited to the eligible client in exchange for Synagri products for the referral of a candidate hired after 6 months.

Conditions of participation

• The ENTOURAGE program is aimed at all Synagri clients aged 18 and over with an active account.
• The program applies to positions currently open (available).
• The credit will be put in the client’s file in the month following the completion of 6 months of employment of the referred candidate.
• Exclusions: You will not be able to take advantage of the program if:

1. The candidate is already employed at Synagri.
2. The candidate is recommended by an employment agency.
3. The referred applicant has worked at Synagri for the 24 months prior to the opening of the position.
4. The candidate has not worked a minimum of at least 6 months.

• All recruitment activities by newspapers, social networks or any other advertising tool are strictly reserved for Synagri. Only the sharing of recruitment content created by Synagri is allowed.
