AGRICULTURE INTERNSHIP AT SYNAGRI =
MUTUAL PLEASURE
AND LEARNING

When asked what she takes away from her internship at Synagri and what makes her proud, Angélique often talks about autonomy. Indeed, she is grateful of the trust she received because that is how she has been able to contribute even more to research and communicate with the producers. More specifically, she has been able to develop her network by herself and to directly make the follow ups with the producers. According to her, it is when we dare taking our place, asking our questions and taking initiatives that we built relationships, progress and contribute to a great teamwork.

For Angélique, who studies in agricultural business management, the internship allowed her to get out of her comfort zone and to live a concrete experience on the field. In other words, what she learns in school constitutes the basis and servs as a lever to deepen her knowledge and competencies such as communicating with producers of all kinds. After only a few weeks, a feeling of confidence appears, links get created and everything makes more sense for her!

Angélique’s internship made her passion for agriculture grow. Although she is fascinated by cows in all their complexity, she realized that she feels good in the fields, where she can see the seeds evolve.
A big thank you Angélique for having shared your internship experience! In 11 weeks, we are certain that your internship supervisor Josée Falardeau as well as our agricultural producers have enjoyed your work and presence ! 🥰
