AGRICULTURE INTERNSHIP AT SYNAGRI
AS PLEASANT AS USEFULL

Charlyne is a young woman who enjoys learning, improving and sharing her knowledge. Thus, an internship at Synagri was a precious opportunity not only to put into practice what she learned while growing on a farm or studying agriculture at Laval University, but also to collect innovative ideas and methods for her future farm. For example, the idea of using green fertilizer to preserve soil health is in the process of germination.

During the internship, Charlyne mentions having particularly learned at the relational level. Indeed, meeting various clients went beyond her theoretical knowledge because she had to learn to listen, to advice and to work in teams. Of course, all of this was eased by the help of the sales representatives. Charlyne also adds that the reputation of Synagri enables the interns to be taken more seriously and seen as more credible in the field. Briefly, due to the welcoming team and the accessibility of the resources, Charlyne has a strong desire to join the Synagri family shortly.

Being raised on a farm, Charlyne always loved agriculture and animals. Now that she has grown up, she has the privilege to enrich her knowledge and to study the life cycle of plants, phenomenon that always deeply impressed her.
A big thank you Charlyne for having shared your internship experience! After 3 months, we are certain that your internship supervisor Vanessa Duval-Tougas as well as our agricultural producers have enjoyed your work and presence!
